Clinical Research Associate

Rippe Lifestyle Institute

Rippe Lifestyle Institute (RLI), an organization engaged in clinical and academic research, publishing, and partnering in health promotion and disease prevention projects, currently has an immediate need for a clinical research associate.  
 
The successful candidate is required to have obtained a Masters degree in either Clinical Exercise Physiology or Nutrition.  However, an emphasis in obesity and/or metabolism is essential.  It is required that the successful candidate has had previous experience in a clinical research setting.  As such, the successful candidate should have a range of clinical skills including but not limited to: phlebotomy, biohazard sample collection/treatment/storage/disposal, measurement of maximal cardiorespiratory fitness, and nutrition review.  Additionally required is the demonstrated ability to manage the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process and ensure IRB compliance.  Finally, a demonstrated ability to create and manage databases and analyze data using statistical software (SPSS or SAS) is highly beneficial.

Full-Time.

Salary is competitive with the national market and commensurate with experience.  Additionally, benefits including paid vacation, medical and life insurance are included.
