| Case-Study of the Month: A Call for Submissions |
|
|
We are initiating "Case-Study of the Month", a new
feature for
the online NAASO publication "Obesity". You are
invited to send obesity-related unique / peculiar cases
encountered during the treatment of obesity. We wish
to tap in to the vast expertise and knowledge acquired
by clinicians steeped in obesity treatment, who are not
conducting conventional research.
Researchers unable to publish a particular observation
as a manuscript due to the anecdotal nature of the
case are invited to submit case reports. This
information sharing is expected to increase the dialogue
among the membership and promote future
collaborative projects, leading to the advancement of
knowledge in the field.
Please send your submissions electronically to
ndhurand@sun.science.wayne.edu. The submission
should be sent as a Microsoft Word document and
should not be longer than 500 words. Nikhil
Dhurandhar, PhD, is the Editor of the "Case-Study of
the Month"
section. Submissions will be reviewed and the editor's
decision will be final. Accepted case reports will be
published in "Obesity", the new bimonthly online
publication of NAASO.
