| To complete your student membership or your renewal of student membership to The Obesity Society, in addition to your completed membership form,
you will need to provide a letter from your supervisor or mentor, on
institutional letterhead, confirming your eligibility for student
membership of The Obesity Society. Please send the completed documents to:
